Beautiful house in a great ski town

Our whole group enjoyed our stay. House was clean and comfortable. The view of the slopes was perfect. Quick drive to town. Parking was good. Hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing and hiking. Highly recommend.

Great space! Kitchen was awesome, nice big common areas, very clean. We enjoyed the area quite a lot. Liked the hiking, nearby adventure park, heading to Niagara, local shops and restaurants, etc. The only thing we didn't love was the mattresses (foam) which, as my nephew described, felt like "a bear was hugging me and I couldn't get up." Also the 6th bedroom above the garage area doesn't have A/C, which made a couple of nights so hot it was not able to be used. (They ended up on a sofa and it was fine). Overall, would stay again.

Beautiful house and location!

Dean and Vic were great hosts! Location was perfect, close to town and slopes but still very private. House was clean, well stocked, and most importantly gorgeous inside and out. Can’t wait to plan next stay.

A Perfect Weekend in Ellicottville

This house was amazing, just like the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked, and the grill was perfect. It was very clean and the owners were very responsive from the minute I booked the house. I highly recommend this house!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

The house was beautiful, comfortable, stocked with basic essentials and located a few short minutes from downtown and Holliday Valley. Perfect for multiple families! The hot tub and fire pit were a wonderful bonus after a long day on the slopes.

The house was beautiful and a perfect spot for our large party to hang out and enjoy the town of Ellicottville. Location was a convenient 5 minute drive to everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend!

Great house in a great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is large, well equipped and perfectly located for our ski weekend at Holimont. The beds are the most comfortable we have encountered in a short term rental. The kitchen is modern and easy to work in and there was more than enough room for our group of 10 adults and two kids. Would definitely rent this one again.

5 stars all the way!!!

My husband and I plus 4 other couples had the most fun this weekend. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need, to a fully stocked kitchen,firewood,games,linens and more. The street is quiet and has amazing views. Just a two minute drive into town if you want to explore the many restaurants,bars, and quaint shops.

Family ski vacation

We stayed at the chalet with 3 of our children and their families (grandchildren ranging in age from 3-16). The chalet was as nice as the pictures and there was plenty of space for everyone! We were also able to walk from it into town which was a nice surprise. We would definitely consider renting it again!

We absolutely enjoyed our time at this beautiful home in Ellicottville!!! The home had everything you could possibly need!! Our Host Dean was extremely accommodating and was quick to respond to any questions we had!! We are already planning our return trip for the following season!!

Amazing Chalet!

This ski chalet was truly amazing! Absolutely beautiful! It was exactly what was described in the description. Very clean and also had great amenities. The host Dean was excellent responding to any questions we had. Very close to ski resort and cute town. My family had such a great time, looking forward to booking again!

New Year’s Eve

We hosted three families at the house and had plenty of room for everyone! The host was easy to reach and helpful in multiple situations. We cooked at the house over the holiday and noticed that this kitchen was fully stocked with spices and supplies, above all other rentals we’ve used in the past. Beautiful views from the house and a great experience.

Great house with all the amenities

Beautiful, secluded house near Holimont ski resort. Outdoor fire pit was a hit with everyone. Very comfortable sleeping pattern with most rooms having queen beds. The bunk bedroom was great for children and their parents. Would love to return during ski season to use the beautiful fireplaces in the cozy living spaces.

The house was exactly as described. Immaculately clean throughout. We had an issue turning up the heat on arrival (our problem, not the the house). Property owner was responsive to our emails and our problem was quickly resolved. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Spacious and convenient

This home worked out really well for our family getaway. The living areas are spacious and the bedrooms all a good size. The 6th bedroom is above the garage and not very appealing. Otherwise our stay was great and the house beautiful. Dean and Vicki were very quick to respond to emails. I would definitely recommend this house.

Awesome house, yard, everything!!!!!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful chalet! It was spacious and comfortable, with more than enough room for our entire family—me, my wife, our two boys, my parents, and my sister. The master bedroom off the stunning living room was ideal for my mom, who can find stairs physically challenging.The real fireplace upstairs created an amazing atmosphere, especially with the snow falling outside—it truly felt like a winter retreat. Our kids LOVED the bunk beds, which were absolutely perfect for them. The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped, making it easy to cook and entertain for a large group.The owners were incredibly responsive, promptly answering any questions both before and during our stay. We had a perfect week of skiing, and the chalet provided an equally perfect setting to relax and enjoy quality family time.We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Perfection!

Three families rented this beautiful home for a weekend ski trip. Dean was one of the most thoughtful, responsive owners we have encountered. The welcome hot chocolate /marshmallows, hand warmers, and bottle of wine were a nice touch. The home was spotless, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Loved the wine cooler and well stocked bar area as well. The two separate living areas (one on each floor) were perfect for our crew, even though we all ended up upstairs together, with plenty of room, for game nights. Dean also provided excellent recommendations for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We were only five minutes from the restaurants and shopping, as well as the slopes. Perfect location!! Definitely would rent again!!!
