Super Ferienhaus

Rundrum super!! Tolles Haus, tolle Ausstattung, bequeme Betten, super Aussicht und eine tolle Gegend außenrum. Unsere beiden Jungs (6+8) waren auch voll begeistert! Es gab ein Trampolin, ein Fußballtor, Klettergerüst, Schaukel und viele Fahrzeuge zum rumdüsen!!! Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und immer ansprechbar! Ich würde gerne 10 Sterne geben!!!!

Reibungslose Ablauf... Super netten Gastgebern... Lieber & lustige Opa... Alles schön gewesen von den Kälber, Kühen, Katzen & süßen kleinen hund 🐕!! Super! Einer der größten Vorteile ist, dass man sich in dem Haus selbst bei schlechtem Wetter sehr gut Beschäftigen kann. Tischkicker, Spiele, Lesemöglichkeiten, genug Räumlichkeiten und eine gewisse Größe das jeder Bewohner seinen eigenen Rückzugsort findet. Es ist eine sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend um sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. 10 Minuten zu Donau, Natur pur. 20 Minuten nach Passau. Sehr schöner Grill der sich super bedienen lässt inkl. Fleischer der auch keine 10 Minuten weg ist. Alles im allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Von Langeweile nichts zu spüren ;)

Traumhaus in ruhiger Traumlage

Superschönes Objekt mit tollen Wirtsleuten, sogar eine Einladung in den Mostkeller (die wir leider zeitlich nicht annehmen konnten). Ganz in der Nähe von Passau für die kulturinteressierten.

Super Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Platz

Wir haben knapp eine Woche bei Familie Ortner im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und die Kinder durften sogar den Bauerhof der Familie kennenlernen und mithelfen. Mit der Unterkunft waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es sind ausreichend Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer vorhanden und ein großes Wohnzimmer sowie ein großzügiger Essbereich bieten Platz für große Familien oder Gruppen. Das Wetter war für Oktober toll und so konnten wir den großzügigen Außenbereich des Hauses optimal nutzen. Im Garten befinden sich mehrere Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeitebn, ein großer Tisch, ein Gasgrill, Spielgeräte für Kinder (Trampolin, Spielhaus, Kinderküche, Schaukel), sodass ein Tag in dem Ferienhaus auch (ent-)spannend für uns war. In der Umgebung gibt es ebenfalls viel zu entdecken. Wir würden jederzeit wieder Familienurlaub hier machen und bedanken uns nochmals herzlich bei der Familie Ortner für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Der Aufenthalt in diesem tollen Haus hat uns sehr gefallen. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt sodass wir den riesen Garten mit vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für klein und groß nicht nutzen konnten. Jedoch gab es im Haus genug Ausweichmöglichkeiten und gemeinsame Spiele, sowie viel Platz um sich bei einer so großen Gruppe auch mal zurückzuziehen. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus war traumhaft. Es hatte alles und noch mehr, was man sich von einem Urlaub erhofft! Es war super sauber, top aufgeräumt und der Garten, sowie die Umgebung waren total schön und weitläufig. Wir haben im Bauernhof eine spontane Führung vom Opa der Familie erhalten und noch Gemüse geschenkt bekommen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!!

Groot huis met prachtig uitzicht

Een heel geschikt huis voor een grote groep. Wij waren maar met 3 stellen, maar hadden daardoor elk een eigen badkamer en konden kiezen uit 5 slaapkamers. Alles is aanwezig in het huis. Buiten in de patio is het heerlijk zitten. De kampvuurplek en het uitzicht is fantastisch.

Tolles, geräumiges Haus mit super Ausstattung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Bungalow sehr genossen. Er bietet extrem viel Wohnfläche und ist insbesondere für größere Gruppen super geeignet. Im großen Wohnzimmer oder am tollen großen Esstisch finden alle Platz. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet. Wir haben die Sauna und Infrarotkabine sowie Tischtennisplatte und Kicker sehr genossen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

Perfektes Haus in wunderschöner Umgebung

Alles war so, wie im Internet beschrieben. Das sehr große, gepflegte Haus besitzt eine wunderschöne Lage mit vielen tollen Ausblicken. Wir nutzten die ideale Lage im Dreiländereck Deutschland, Österreich und Tschechien für zahlreiche schöne Tagestrips. Passau und Schärding sind jeweils in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Weitere interessante Ziele liegen im Bereich von 60 -120 Minuten Autofahrt. Man kommt dann abends zurück und genießt den schönen Garten oder die tolle Terrasse. Familie Ortner war perfekt als sehr freundliche Gastgeber und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Durch die Größe des Hauses ist auch für größere Familien jederzeit eine Rückzugsmöglichkeit gewährleistet. Insgesamt können wir Haus und Gastgeber sehr empfehlen.

Entpannter Urlaub

Entspannter Urlaub in idyllischer Lage. Nur die Mücken und Fliegen haben uns genervt. Schöne Lagerfeuerstelle, an der man den Abend ausklingen lassen kann. Genügend Zimmer und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für alle. Das Haus war soweit sauber, nur in der Küche darf noch mehr Putzkraft stattfinden - Kaffemaschine und Backofen waren dreckig und auch Geschirr haben wir vor Gebrauch teilweise nochmal abgespült. Hier sind nicht nur die Vermieter verantwortlich, sondern auch die Mieter.

Zeer compleet huis met een geweldige prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De eigenaars wonen 200m verder en zijn geweldige en gastvrije mensen
