The home has recently been updated with new, modern furnishings throughout. A convenient half bath, a full-sized washer and dryer are all located off the living room.

Enjoy a quiet master suite on the main level with French doors leading out to the back patio. This bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combo.

The second floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed with private access to the second floor porch with sweeping views of the park. The second bedroom boasts a full-over-twin bunk bed with Star Wars decor - sure to excite the kids!

With double porches overlooking the park, an outdoor dining table, and a large porch swing, this home is perfect place to sip your morning coffee or savor an evening glass of wine.

Within a short walking distance, you have access to the Tower Court Pool. Other attractions a short distance away are Bocci Ball Park, the Boardwalk Pool, the Residence Club Pool & Pool House, Lake Days aqua park, and the lakeside beach where you have access to paddleboards, life vests, and kayaks within the beautiful cove.

This home has its own gas grill for personal use by each rental family. Two large picnic tables in the back are a cozy setting for a summer BBQ.

Blue Bonnet has 2 guest parking spaces. All additional vehicles can be parked in the parking lot behind The Meeting House, located on Boulevard.
