The villa also features an open kitchen that comes with an oven, dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, 2 gas rings, a kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The ground floor also includes a shower and a separate WC.

The upper floor of the villa comprises three bedrooms.
