The apartment is located in a fabulous area of Florence, the Oltrarno, or - as the Florentines say - Diladdarno, on the left bank of the river, a stone's throw from Piazza Santo Spirito, Palazzo Pitti, the Boboli Gardens. In 2007 it was completely renewed. It is a lovely nest, an excellent starting point for those who want to visit the truest and most authentic Florence.

Located on the first floor (no elevator), to the right of the entrance is the master bedroom, with two large windows overlooking the characteristic street, with the craftsmen's shops.
On the left is a living area, with a sofa, a table for 4 people, flat-screen TV. From there you access the bathroom with a shower (with window) and the well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer, table for 2 people), overlooking the internal courtyard.
