In Floridia, near the city center, stands SICILIAN panoramic Apartment.
The property is just a few kilometers from the wonderful city of Syracuse, about 15 km from both sandy and rocky beaches.
The apartment extends over a single floor for a total of 110sqm.
It consists of a large open-space used as a kitchen-living room, the kitchen is equipped with numerous small appliances such as: kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender and juicer.
In the living area there are: a large equipped wall and a large corner sofa in front of which there is a maxi TV 50 "flat screen with internet connection.
From the corridor leads to the bedrooms: there are 3, including 2 double and one single, and bathrooms: there are 2, one with a washing machine.
All rooms have balconies.
