Quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to everything- beach, restaurants, and shopping. Listing is very accurate. Stayed here a month. Host is very accommodating and responsive. Will be coming back when I stay in Hollywood again.

Great location, clean, and good place for a quiet weekend. The property was very easy to find, neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. We stayed in the cottage house since the front home was already occupied. But we frequently visit the area from Orlando and intend to stay again, hopefully have the ability to use the front house.

This property is truly an oasis right at your fingertips ! The neighborhood is perfect. Quiet, a great location, and safe. Simona is amazing and truly wants her guests to have a fun, safe vacation and will go above and beyond to ensure you have everything you need and it is greatly appreciated!! She was always available and willing to address any need or concern we had. Myself, fiancé, and doggies hope to be back in the future.

We had a lovely weeks stay at Simona’s cottage. Located in a lovely geen and quiet nieghborhood, the nice 1 bedroom with kitchen and living space was perfect for us and our dog. The yard allowed us to eat and grill outside. And the beach is only a 5 minute drive. Simona was helpful and responsive, and we would definitely stay again.

Went with 3 other girls for a weekend away, if had a larger group would have rented out both houses. 2 houses on property so share the pool and yard but was not an issue. Pool is controlled by owners so have to message everytime you wanted heat, jet or lights on but they were always quick to respond. We were able to get an early check in which was accomadating for those who had early flights. Everything clean and up to date. Great location!

This property was awesome for us the week we stayed there. Our kids loved the pool and all the beach stuff they had for us. Owner was very responsive and you could tell they took pride on there property.

Property was just as pictured. The location is excellent and the grounds very well kept. Fabiola, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. She was quick to respond to all my concerns. Definitely will consider it in the near future.
