"Great place the complimentary amenities were amazing but grab them whilst you can otherwise you won’t be able to take them. It had bath salt and facial masks. We drove the bed was spacious and I had the view of mt Fuji. I would however find it hard if walking as I could see people tiredly pushing their luggage up a little hill. The breakfast like others said are simple but I liked it. Nice and clean great English with the staff. Loved it thank you "

"I got a room with Mt. Fuji View and it’s worth every penny. I paid extra for dinner and that was the highlight of my trip. The food was so delicious and the service was excellent! The inside and outside public bath was nice too!"

"The service was absolutely amazing. The staff were all really nice. On our day of arrival, we were going to be late due to delays, but they had specially prepared dinner for us to eat even though we were going to arrive after Dinner hours were over. That alone made us understand just how wonderful our stay was going to be."
