Enjoyed our stay with two adults and three children. It was helpful to have a washer, refrigerator and stove as well as an extra futon in the closet.
Everything was very modern, looked new, and fresh. Very comfortable beds. Probably the best feature of the rooms were the comfort of the bedding.
It was a hassle though, to check-in at one location and then have to travel again to the location of stay. Also, it wasn't advertised that it was air bnb style. I had assumed it was an actual hotel. It left me concerned for safety because I had young children with me and there was no security and other occupants were often leaving the entry door propped open.
We had seen alot of grafitti in the areawhile traveling to the hotel, but in the morning realized there was a kindergarten across the street and many business people walking to work, so it felt safer.
One downside/disappointment was that the bathtub felt very grimy. Like it hadn't been given a good scrub in awhile. I had children that needed to be bathed and a stay that lasted several days, but had to settle on showering them because we didn't want to use the tub.
It would be helpful to have an extra pillow for extra occupants (we had booked for 5 people and there were only 3 pillows).
It would also be helpful to have some way to hang the washed clothing outside on the deck (rack and hangars).
