close to Hiroshima station
Close to Hiroshima station (5mins walk) Toilet and shower are in the same space. Quite spacious for 3 people compared to other accommodation. Unfortunately only one key available which made it a bit difficult when travelling in a group foreigner friendly

Somewhat misleading
The apartment-hotel was less comfortable / convenient than expected. Although there is kitchenware and a stove clearly depicted in the photos of the room, there are signs in the room ordering you not to cook. Indeed there are no cooking utensils or pans or substantial cutlery provided. There was supposedly a kettle for use in the main lobby, but another guest had clearly taken this for their own use and I never had access to this, so could not even boil water. There was no soap at the sinks - only next to the bathtub, which was in a separate room. You can only leave luggage at the front desk (which is 15 mins walk away) for an extra fee. I was somewhat disappointed with the numerous inconveniences I experienced during my stay.

Room was very spaciois and clean. Had all the ammenitiea we needed. Very well situated near shopping areas and restaurants. There is also a convenience store very close by.
