We loved this hotel located on a quiet street very close to the central train station. The room was spacious with beautiful, warm lighting and a small refrigerator and a fine and clean bathroom. The staff were uniformly excellent; welcoming and friendly and helpful. Of special note, Virginie, of the front desk staff, was exceptional- warm and exceedingly helpful with directions and recommendations; truly appreciated and enjoyed. Thank you to all for a wonderful stay!

Very friendly staff in a clean, quiet hotel a couple minutes walk from the train station in Ghent, nice bakeries and markets nearby if you want to get your own breakfast, easy tram ride to historic center. Nothing special about the room but it served our needs perfectly.

Impressed with this hotel. Room was above expectations was very comfortable and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and efficient Breakfast above average and in a relaxing environment Location for gent is perfect - quiet but few 100 metres from rail and tram station along with wide section of restaurants.

The property is a small intimate hotel. The reception staff is outstanding and provides top concierge services. I needed help getting handicapped service on the trains and the evening shift did a great job. They had lots of suggestions and, of course, plenty of directions. The breakfast is outstanding and uses mostly Ghent ingredients.
