"The property has all indicated amenities, in a previous review I indicated that the room was to cold, however after following up with a staff member, it was drawn to my attention that the room had a portable heater and she visited my room to set up same. The bed was very comfortable."

"We booked a studio apartment and it was amazing. We had a kitchen with appliances that was sufficient for us to do simple cooking. Washer and dryer were also working well. This is important as we were travelling around New Zealand for 15 days and the washer and dryer was one of the amenities that we looked at when booking this apartment. The location of the property is at a peaceful and quiet place with great views as well. We enjoyed the stay in the apartment."

"This hotel is a perfect way to relax if you’re traveling. It is a 3 minute drive to the city centre, which was great for us because we prefer staying somewhere quiet. The views are fantastic - I would highly recommend booking at least a partial lake view. We spent a good deal of time out on our balcony. They also have a good restaurant and hot tub so you don’t really need to leave often unless you want to. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. "
