Greta location and beautiful views

It’s in a wonderful neighborhood close to plaza Andares. The home was comfortable and clean. The views are unparalleled.

Top notch property in Guadalajara

Worth the nightly price. Well located (close but not in Andares which has unfortunately become a place for bad hombres to hang out), clean, spacious and 24/7 security. Thanks Michael and Lupita.

Incredible apartment that was super clean

The apartment was incredible, the view was also amazing, everything was super clean and tidy and it really looks like in the pictures. Mike, the host, also was very nice to us. I really recommend this place next time you stop in Guadalajara.

Modern Luxury in Guadalajara Condo

Very high end and modern high-rise condo in Zappopan neighborhood of Guadalajara. The space is well used. We had three adults and three toddlers. It didn’t feel cramped. Everything was new and lived up to pictures. We would def stay again.

What you see is what you get

What you see is truly what you get here. This apartment, more like a luxury penthouse, is absolutely amazing. Firstly, communication with Mike was always prompt and courteous. Secondly, his contact person/check in person was amazing as well. She was cheerful and welcoming, especially after a delayed flight. The photos are accurate to the last detail. Spotless, glistening, clean, and modern. The views are amazing and sunset was spectacular. I loved it so much I am actually considering moving to GDL and buying a place there or at a sister property I was told about. You cannot go wrong with this place and Mike. It’s affordable, luxurious, and not to be missed. This is Mexican Silicon Valley at its finest. I wish I was there now.

Amazing and clean property with incredible view!

This property was amazing. It was clean, the views were incredible, and the amenities were top notch. What made it different than most was the hospitality Michael and Lupita showed us. They were so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I’ll def be renting again soon!

I enjoyed the sunrise while drinking ‘café de olla’ and feeling nostalgia of having to leave so soon. Since we travel quite frequently, the things we appreciate the most are a good night’s rest in a cozy mattress with extra awesome pillows. I want to mention the host went above and beyond when I needed to locate a good seamstress service, places to eat, and a make up artist whose services we used at the place. Unsurpassed service. Mike’s place now has raised what we expect from renting properties online.

Best rental experience ever!

I travel a lot for work, literally every week, and this is the best experience I have had not only in apartments but also in any hotel I've every stayed in. Everything was perfectly stylish, clean and perfectly in it's place. The view, trust me, the pictures don't do it justice at all. Everything about this space had me wanting to come home to a house just like it in every way. You should seriously stay here anytime you are in Guadalajara. Great value, great scenery and such a warm and welcoming place to call home on your vacation or when you're in the area for work. Thanks Michael for absolutely everything!!!!!

Amazing lovely and clean like the photos

The Condo was amazing, lovely, and clean. Looks just as the pictures. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home, with everything you need to have pleasant and comfortable stay. The view is spectacular from sunrise to sunset. I would love to come back soon.

Excellent accommodations

Great place! Everything was excellent! As soon as we arrived the security guard was very helpful as well as the building staff. The house was amazingly clean and organized. The host was very helpful and always responded within minutes. I highly recomend this home and will definitely look forward to staying in this home again.

Fabulous stay! Exactly as described and photos

I was the very first rental guest in this property. Michael told me he spent 6 weeks living in the apartment setting it up once he closed on it. Everything in the apartment is totally new. I came with my family and we had a fabulous vacation thanks in large part to this apartment. It is beautiful and the views are much better than even the photos show. Everything in the apartment is top of the line. The area is wonderful and so many things to do in the area. Michael gave us some of his favorite restaurants and all were wonderful. He also gave us a list of things to do with our children. We didn't want to leave and will definitely stay here again. I can't recommend the property enough.
