This listing is a scam. The Winter Boutique Hotel no longer exists. In its place is the Elysium Hotel, and the new owner advised us that Winter Boutique shut down over Covid and the owner is just collecting money scamming tourists. The listing needs to be taken down

This hotel is not exist and scam your money. I booked hotel through Expedia . I called the property manager but he couldn’t find the booking number in the first place after that he told me the hotel under construction. He sent us to another hotel . OMG when we got the room I was so shocked because everything is Broken and smell very bad . Breakfast included but there was no breakfast. I tried to call Expedia to ask for refund because there was totally different from what I book . unfortunately Expedia didn’t do anything. I promised myself I won’t use Expedia anymore

The property addresses were completely wrong. They claim they were hacked but this is likely a scam. I spent an hour talking to the Expedia agent and the ‘hotel staff’. Eventually I was given an entirely different address than the two the Expedia app provided. It was a 20 minute walk away which was going to add up to 3 hours of screwing around after all that. Absolutely ridiculous. Expedia needs to remove this listing. I will not be using Expedia anymore after this. They could not provide a refund and neither would the hotel. They should be ashamed. Utterly ashamed.

The has doesn’t exist anymore but still listed on Expedia and other affiliated sites. So, I booked this hotel base on the Expedia listing and when I arrived there, the name hotel was different. Receptionist said that after Covid previous owner sold the hotel . There was an other gentleman like me had the similar stuation. 15 minutes later an other gentleman came from France had the same issue. It is a scam hotel

Amazing!!
From the minute we arrived the staff could not have done enough for us. June was amazing helping us book a tour to halong bay and also a bus for onwards travel afterwards. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was amazing. The free breakfast had plenty of options and considering the price of the room added real value. If I am in Hanoi again I would not hesitate to book at Splendid again! Thank you to all of the staff for an amazing stay.

Located on a very busy street and close to the walking beer street. If you are looking for a hotel that is close to good night life then this place is perfect. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had two rooms at this property and one of them had tiny insects in the room but that is very normal given the climate of Vietnam.
