Tony is an interesting and helpful person but two taxi's we used found it difficult to find. Thankfully Tony also runs a taxi service! There were quite a few mosquitoes around - it would be better if the beds had nets fitted.

Great room for a great price
The homestay is operated by a lovely and welcoming family who went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, the location isn't ideal as it's a fifteen minute cab ride outside of the attractions of Hanoi, but if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Hanoi then look no further

The location is in a village between Airport and city.. Taxi is needed to reach all pick up joints for sight seeing. Safe and very quiet. Good for elderly people visiting Hanoi. No night life around.

魔剤です。
ホテルがあるのは現地人しか住んでない居住区。ホテルというか、ホームステイだった。主人は良くしてくれたがやはり環境があまり良くなかった。コンビニやレストランはない。もうここには泊まらないでしょう。

liar staff ,worst villa I ever booked
空港送迎ありとあったから予約をしました。しかし滞在できませんでした。理由は空港送迎にきてくれなかったからです。夜遅くにハノイ到着予定だったので、便名、到着時刻、到着ゲート、私の名前や見つけてもらえるよう、容姿の特長を伝えるメールを送ってから予約をしました。しかし、空港には現れず。帰国後ホテルズドットコムから、ホテルに直接電話をして聞いてくれたところ、メールは届いていたが送ったメールには便名も書かれていなく、迎えには行かなかったとのこと。夜遅く、流しのタクシーではこわいので、結局朝が来るまで空港で過ごしました。ホテルと何度かやり取りをして確実に迎えに来てくれるとわかった時点で予約をしようと今回のことで勉強になりました。
