This is a really nice and clean hotel. Our initial room smelled like cigarettes and the staff checked it out. They then upgraded us to another room with ocean view as an apology. Very kind staff. They do speak English. The bathhouse (onsen) is great. Many options and clean. It is right next to the ocean too!

The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious, well equipped and clean. Also love the public onsen and easy access to the ski trails. The only thing to complain is the limited selection of food and grocery supplies near the hotel (no convenience stores and lack of dinner choices except hotel restaurant which is just average or 30 minutes drive to Otaru city). But overall still a good bargain at low season. Not sure about prices in high ski season though.

"The place was easily accessible from the Sapporo station and the hotel itself is very clean and good. Some staff were warm and polite. There was a good range of food available at breakfast. If we come to Sapporo again, we will definitely stay here again."
