Not a good experience. There was nobody at the front desk when I arrived or the next morning to check out. It seems they want you to call a number and send them an image of your passport (do they really think everyone will be comfortable with this?) And then they send you a message with a code to open a safe to get your key. Come on guys, whatever happened to good old fashioned face to face service? I had to wait over an hour after arriving since I wasn't comfortable sending an image of my passport to someone I hadn't even seen face to face. When I told them I wanted to get a refund since I didn't want to wait for 90mins for them to arrive they said they don't give refunds, ridiculous.
