Beach N’ Peaks Lake House is brand new, built in 2019! This stunning 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath, ranch style home has dual master suites with an open floor plan and is located in Huron's Old Homestead #1 subdivision. This home is situated across the street from one of the nicest beaches you will find on the shores of Lake Erie and offers breath taking lake views! Private Beach access with sand volleyball! A great area to walk, bike, run, and enjoy the neighborhoods park with swings, tennis court, basketball court, and a baseball diamond. Close to shopping, golf, restaurants, wineries and is approximately 10 minutes from Cedar Point, Great Wolf lodge, Kalahari, and African Safari Wildlife Park. Only minutes from the downtown Boat Basin, boat ramps and Amphitheater with free live entertainment during the weekends in the summer!

This home sleeps 13 and boasts over 2,300 finished square feet. It has: central A/C, attached 2 car garage, a spacious eat in kitchen with all appliances, full unfinished basement with foosball and ping pong, laundry room with dual washers and dryers, large living room with great views of Lake Erie, 5 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites with stunning views of Lake Erie, walk in Closets and attached Master Baths. This home also has a beautiful gas fire pit to enjoy the evenings and a luxurious outdoor shower to cleanup after a long day at the beach.

Great Location

House was set up fantastic. The two master bedrooms were perfect for hosting multiple families. The garage was fully equipped with bikes and beach toys to enjoy during stay. Best quality of the house was the location on the shore of Lake Erie.

Family Weekend

This property was above our expectations. The location was perfect, the outdoor fire pit was very relaxing and the view of the lake across the street was amazing. The grandkids loved finding rocks walking on the beach. The house was immaculate and had everything you would ever need. Beyond impressed!!!

This house was above and beyond all expectations we had. Everything in this house seemed practically brand new, it was spotless, there was every kitchen appliance imaginable, outdoor propane fire pit with 8 Adirondack chairs was PERFECT, the location right by the beach/water was PERFECT, located in a quiet little neighborhood. The owners were extremely responsive(often replying to any questions/concerns within 5 mins). By far the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in!!! I cannot say enough about this beautiful home and gracious owners!

This was our second year staying at this property. It has spoiled us. We cannot stay anywhere else. The location is perfect, right across the street to the park and the private beach. Family Gathering

This was the second year that we have used this home for a family gathering - from three different cities in Ohio, Olympia, Washington and Brooklyn, New York - 10 adults (Mom is 95) and a 2 year. Plenty of room for all of us and it’s very manageable for our mother as everything is on one floor. We love sitting on the porch watching the lake, the neighbors are hospitable, easy access to grocery, restaurants, wineries and parks. The home is fully equipped, just pack your bag and be ready to relax!!! We’ll be back 😊☀️

Perfect Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was perfect. The "goodies" that we found in the garage were fun. The layout of the house was nice for our children's families to have 2 separate wings with grandma & grandma tucked in the room behind the kitchen. The outdoor shower was neat !
