不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、設施服務和住宿狀況
I booked a room at the Oyo hotel back in April and paid for it when I booked it. When we arrived at the hotel on September 12, we found it completely closed up with a we are closed sign in the window. Most of the rooms had doors that were left open and furniture Drug out there was painters tape around some windows and doors Making it look like a complete gut and remodel. We were left with no options for a room for the night and Oyo still has my money. We then later found out that the Oyo sold two or three weeks before we were to stay there.
I seem to be having a great bit of trouble getting my money refunded. Everyone seems to think that the place is still open.
