400 sq ft fully equipped studio,full bathroom & kitchenette. Chase sofa with sleeper. On wide private canal to the Oceanside. Great fishing in canal no need to go to a pier. Private beach. 25 ft of rear dockage for boat. Located in a private community heart and soul of Isalmorada. This is an exclusive neighborhood with near by restaurants and stores. Only 1hr 30 mins from Miami and Key West.....
