This hotel is absolutely gorgeous! We were informed that we were the first to stay in our room as the hotel just opened the day before we arrived. The staff was very helpful & the location of the hotel couldn’t have been any better. We will definitely be back!

Stayed for a basketball tournament, the facility was clean- literally smelled amazing, the moment you walked in! Staff was accommodating and super nice! The pool was warm and clean!! Loved the lobby too, we spend time hanging with the parents at the bar!

I would have given 5 stars but the TV in the seating area of our room didn't work and they couldn't/wouldn't fix it. Otherwise the stay was great. This was our second time staying at The Courtyard and will return again the next time we are in the KC area.

Great service

Arrived early and the host was able to accommodate us within the hour. He was professional and notified me as soon as the room was ready. The fitness room was the best equipped we have seen in any hotel. All the machines worked!

Wonderful staff and accommodating for us last minute change in hotels. The other hotel was unfit to stay in and the staff did an amazing job helping us and making us feel safe and comfortable with my mom and daughter. The parking feels safe as well. Lots of hotels do not have sufficient lighting in the lots and this one has so much! But it does not leak through your window when the curtains are shut!! Will recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Double Charged Fiasco

Hotel itself was great, but they double charged me, acted like they didn't know how to refund me, and I had to fight to get them to agree with the fact that the charge was real.

There was only one chair in the room for us to sit on. Staff claimed that was because the room was a handicapped room and one of the occupants was supposed to be in a wheelchair. Did they never think that a wheelchair bound person might like to get out of the wheelchair and have a more comfortable seat? The bathroom door was unable to be closed. The room was poorly cleaned when cleaned every other day. Breakfast service was understaffed.
