Tucked away on a peaceful cul-de-sac in one of Kiawah’s most desirable neighborhoods, 135 Halona Lane is a newly constructed (built in ‘23) coastal retreat offering timeless style, thoughtful amenities, and sweeping marsh and tidal creek views. Perfectly situated in the heart of the island—just 1.2 miles from beach access—this home combines luxury and convenience, with easy access to Freshfields Village, The Sanctuary, and The Ocean Course.
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be drawn to the natural beauty surrounding the home. A wide sundeck spans the back of the property, overlooking the marsh and a large lap-length salt water pool—ideal for morning swims or sunset lounging (can be heated for an added $125 per day, four day min). The sundeck is partially covered for shade and outdoor dining, and a mosquito misting system ensures year-round comfort. New outdoor furniture is being added for the season, completing the space for al fresco enjoyment.
Inside, the home is custom-designed to impress and welcome. The open-concept living room is bright and airy, featuring cushioned furnishings around a sleek modern fireplace with a floating mantel and a pale tiled chimney wall. Built-in window seating provides a cozy perch to soak in the views. The adjoining kitchen is a chef’s dream—fully equipped with premium appliances including a Wolf® 6-burner cooktop, Sub-Zero® refrigerator, Bosch® dishwasher, and undercounter wine and beverage coolers. An ice maker, Keurig, and nespresso machine offer everything needed for a relaxing stay. The showpiece of the kitchen is a dramatic stone slab wall flanking the range, offering beauty and function.
This spacious home accommodates up to ten guests in absolute comfort. All four king bedrooms include en suite bathrooms and high-end linens. Two suites are located on the main floor—ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs—while the remaining two, including the luxurious primary suite, are on the second level. The primary features a private balcony with curved railing, overlooking the water, a large walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired bathroom with dual vanities and an oversized walk-in shower. A fifth bedroom on the first floor is a coastal-inspired bunk room, perfect for younger guests, with built-in beds and storage.
Upstairs, a cozy media room provides a private place to relax, stream a movie, or simply unwind after a day at the beach. A full laundry room, custom cabinetry, and an available garage bay for bikes or gear add everyday convenience. An elevator is available for guests with mobility needs (advance approval required).

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.
As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay.
Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.
