We love the location. It is close to Hotel Kukuna which is one of the bus stop. And we did not choose meal option and could have a very nice meal at Route Inn next door. Onsen is perfect (very large and clean and excellent view). Great view of Mt. Fuji. We do not like the shuttle service availabilities as it only runs three times (0900, 0930 and 1000). The inroom heating is perfect. The amenities (beds, fridge, shower, toilet, etc.) was great. Some of the past reviews have been unfair, in my opinion, as we are quite familiar with this type of accommodation and loved this hotel for meeting our expectation. Definitely we will come back again.
