I booked a spot in a three-person room for two nights. Due to bad planning on my part, I discovered shortly before leaving for Hong Kong that I would be arriving after Homy Inn's check-in period ended. The day before leaving, I sent them an email stating that I would probably spend the night in the airport. To this day (6 days later), they have not replied. I waited in the airport from roughly midnight until 6 am the next morning to call the provided number, and continued to do so for the next couple of hours, to find out when their check-in period started again (the hours are not listed on their website). No one answered the phone. During this time, I also sent them a message on their Facebook page. To this day (6 days later), they have not replied. I was tired of waiting, and so I took a bus from the airport to their address. The person at the front desk told me in extremely broken English that they were security and that the receptionist wouldn't arrive until 9am. That means, despite their claim of 24 hour service, the security guard was there the entire time and IGNORED MY PHONE CALLS. This is unacceptable. I will NEVER stay with Homy Inn ever again due to the lack of communication. They should be ashamed of themselves.
