The room super smelly, wall totally wet (Sweating), a lots mosquito in the room. For service: My friend give the jacket to hotel for laundry but they completely destroy without one notice! Because hotel put into plastic bag return to my friend and he didn’t open immediately just discover after left the hotel. This is unacceptable! Very disappointed with everything!!

酒店位于甲米奥南海滩非常中心的地方，出海跳岛、用餐都非常方便，出酒店对面就是沙滩，往右走几步就有两间位于二楼露天的海鲜餐厅可以看日落，还有familyfair、711等便利店；酒店本身设施较全，房间有阳台、浴缸、吹风机、保险箱、冰箱、液晶电视、热水壶、洗发水和沐浴液、除常态的浴巾毛巾擦手巾外还有专供游泳用的两条浴巾和提兜，甚至还有东南亚酒店难得提供的牙刷、拖鞋、浴袍，入住期间可以免费享用mini bar的零食和饮料、游泳池，早餐也要赞一个，可选择种类非常丰富，每天的甜点、水果等样式也略有变化。

Only conveneince to travel along the Ao Nang beach. Good pool. Room is big but toilet is not clean enough with bad smell. I spent my last night in Krabi in this hotel and lucky it was not spoil my honey trip.

Quiet considering the excellent location cenrtal to all amenities and beach, spacious room, relaxed environment. Internal bathroom decor dated and well used. Only one day's supply of basic items for 5 day stay. Weakest areas we found were the customer service and unreliable and complex internet. Take a good book with you !!

Staff seemed genuinely joyful to help and see us each day. We loved the jacuzzi room - a nice private spot for a dip whilst still accessing the larger pool for a swim. A great location to visit nearby islands, try different foods, and shop.

We had a great stay at the hotel. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the action, but quiet once inside. Property is a bit dated, but clean and has everything you need. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast spread was also very good.

Everything about this hotel was good except the staff. Upon check in we were told that one of the rooms that we booked wasn’t available and that they were going to give us a smaller room with two twin beds. When we said that we paid more for our room the manager and the women working reception started laughing at us and saying well no refunds. After a while of us trying to get the room we paid for I was told by the manager that she wants to talk to someone else in our group while laughing and saying no refunds. Finally after we didn’t let up she gave us an upgraded room one night later but our group had to stay in the smaller cheaper room for one night. Other than that the hotel was fine, has everything you need. Great location, but manager definitely needs training because it is not acceptable to laugh at customers for something the hotel messed up

This would’ve been a perfect setting if not for the flights for the pool villa. I think they need to install some elevators as this steps can be dangerous especially at night, when bringing luggage’s up and down and for both staff and clients. Other than that my experience was amazing. Beach front property, clean spacious rooms and my pool Villa was my happiness. Close to everything but it gives u peace and quiet when needed. The spa was great and the staff was more than welcoming. I would want to come back..maybe when they have the elevator installed to the higher floors.

Et lidt skuffende ophold på hotellet, da hotellet var et muslimsk hotel, og ikke særlig Thailandsk. Restauranten var Halal restaurant, det sædvanlige smilende og venlige Thailandske personale og den gode stemning oplevede vi ikke på hotellet. Badning i Poolen skulle , ifølge skiltningen foregå i badedragt ( ikke bikini ) Morgenmaden var amputeret, ingen pålæg ud over marmelader, ingen skinke til æggeretter, ingen øl/vin til frokost og aftensmad. Hotellet ligger rigtig godt kun 50 m. fra strand og hovedgaden i AuNang. gode værelser, Efter min mening var vi ikke særlig velkomne på hotellet og Hotel.com burde have gjort opmærksom på at det var et muslimsk/Halal hotel.
