Located only a few kilometers from the famous ski resort of Kranjska Gora, this wonderful three- bedroom holiday retreat promises a comfortable and pleasant stay no matter what the season. During the summer months, guests can lounge in the open and be mesmerized by the views, relax and cool off at the pool. In the winter, after an adventurous day in the mountains skiing, guests can jump into the heated pool, melt away their tiredness in the two saunas or by the fireplace. In addition, the house has both air-conditioning and central heating system in place. There is a private garden and a terrace with an outdoor dining facility and a BBQ.
The very bright and beautiful living room is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, a wall-mounted TV, a dining area by the windows and a modern kitchen. It comes with an american style coffee machine, a dishwasher, an oven, a range cooker, a toaster, an electric kettle and a fridge with a freezer.

Location
The hillside villa is well-equipped to host the guests for a vacation of a lifetime. There is a convenience store and a produce market within a kilometer of the villa. There are also a variety of restaurants serving international cuisines within 10 minutes of the villa. The area in which the holiday retreat is located is great for exploring on hiking trails. These trails lead to Lake Jasna, the Zelenci Nature Park and the famous Planica where international ski jumping and cross-country competitions are held. The villa is also close to a golf course (3 kilometers). For all those looking for recreation, the surrounding area offers numerous opportunities like cycling, mountaineering, hiking and winter sports. Near the house, there are beautiful waterfalls- Martuljek waterfalls and Lucifer waterfall, which completely freezes during the winter months and becomes an attraction for climbers.
The nearest airport is about 63 kilometers from the villa. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2025 to the 1st of October 2025
