Staff friendly, but not so proactive! I booked first night from hotels. com, second day i decided to prolong my days -they offered different (high) price! But when i visited hotels.com -i saw the price as first night. )) so i continue on site! In three days, they didnt put new water in room! When i ask -they said at the corridor yes cooler!))

This is a very nice hotel , i did like everything in it , i didn't find anything wrong . The stuff was very nice, the room super clean , the location is great and the price.

The property is located right in the centre of Krasnodar with basically everything you would need within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are clean and modern but a little bit small. Overall it was well worth the price!
