"This hotel was clean and the staff were great! The only bummer we experienced was parking in this area- since the hotel does not have parking, nearby options would sometimes cost close to $65 if you parked your car from 3-4pm to the following morning. However, this seemed to be normal for the bigger cities we visited in Japan. The hotel is located on a very busy street, but tucked a little back so it still stays quiet! They have tons of amenities if you forget anything as well which is always amazing!"

"Enjoy the hot springs after long days of site seeing. Quiet and clean room. Walking distance to Kyoto station and bus stop close by. Ramen is served at night—included as part service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff."

"Shuttle bus from Kyoto station v convenient. Excellent check in/ out service, room had comfortable beds. Good amenities, 14th fl revolving restaurant for breakfast was wonderful. Only issue was the time spent in catching elevator to 14th fl, only one available and took much longer than expected. A bit of an inconvenience to reach 14th fl restaurant, esp if you are on a tight schedule. Otherwise, service was excellent. Would stay here again on next Kyoto visit."
