We had a great stay at this hotel in Kyoto City! The place is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff are nice, friendly, and always willing to help. I used the laundry room during our stay and noticed the detergent was out—after letting the staff know, they immediately refilled it and even refunded the money so I could rewash my clothes properly. Really appreciated their attentiveness and great service. Overall, an excellent and convenient place to stay while exploring Kyoto!

Great customer service the second we stepped foot into the hotel. They had complimentary sake drinks during the evenings. Great breakfast spread and location was super convenient to train and buses. Will definitely stay in the future again.

It was the best hotel we stayed at throughout our stay in Japan. They were very helpful wih us when we had to forward our luggage to Tokyo. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Highly recommend this hotel!

It’s continently located right beside the subway with zero transfers to the Kyoto station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room size was perfect and larger compared to other hotels we have stayed at during our time in Tokyo. Definitely recommend for the price point.

I love this hotel because it was really close to the bus and subway station. They offer free shuttle to the golden temple and bamboo forest which is a nice feature although we didn’t get a chance to try it because we wanted to start our sightseeing really early. I rated 3 stars for cleanliness due to the bugs/mosquitos found in our room and at the hotel lobby. Other than this minor issue, everything else was excellent.
