THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS PROPERTY:
This unit is located in a complex with multiple units. All spaces within the complex, such as the BBQ, patios, and laundry areas are communal. The laundry requires an ap to be downloaded and there is a charge to us the machines.
There's plenty of street parking available, our guests receive a helpful map of the area that includes suggested places to park.
No smoking is allowed inside any of our properties.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) does not have air conditioning.
Please be advised that there is no dishwasher in this condo.
