Beautiful Villa 256 Paraiso Del Mar, On Peninsula, Golf Course, Secluded Beach.
Located in a lovely private beach community in La Paz, Mexico. On the Sea of Cortez. A Private resort Development. this fully air-conditioned hacienda has been completely refurbished. Located on the tip of the Mogote peninsula it is a short 15-minute private water taxi into town. Taxi is included in the rental.
This large home has a full en suite king-sized primary bedroom with two additional guest bedrooms and a full bath. There is a separate Casita with a queen bed and full bath.
A large fully equipped kitchen is complete with a new gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer/ice maker. There is a washer/dryer in the laundry room. Equipped with a whole-house water filtration system, the water is clean and safe.
Wireless WI-FI. 65" TV with streaming capabilities.
Situated across the street from the homes on the beach, this lovely home has easy access to a beautiful long, flat, and clean beach. Long walks on the beach in the morning or evening are soft, pleasantly comfortable, and slightly luxurious! The sunsets out over the open ocean are spectacular!
The professionally designed backyard landscape surrounds a raised fire pit patio, and an outdoor shower. The overhead fans on the covered veranda provide two comfortable seating areas—one for dining which seats eight, and an additional conversation area. The outdoor bbq is adjacent to the dining area. The view is into an open land natural area.
It is a four-minute walk to a large private pool. An additional large swimming pool complex, complete with a hot tub area, is adjacent to the beach on the other side of the community. There is also a fine restaurant and bar at that location. Adjacent to the golf course, the nineteenth hole has a shaded outdoor restaurant and bar.
There is a free shuttle available within the community which runs frequently for service to any area of the complex and dock. A golf cart is available at the house for an additional fee.
Pickle Ball Courts, 18-hole golf course, Kayaking. Bring your paddle board!! It also is nice running for all running enthusiasts.
If you fly into La Paz it is about 15-minute short drive from the airport.
La paz- (the City of Peace) is the capital of Baja California Sur and is home to some of the worlds best fishing, Beautiful marine life. Diving ,snorkeling. The Island of 'Espiritu Santos' is a short boat ride away with beautiful snorkeling and blue waters. One hour drive to the famous town of Todo Santos famous for 'Hotel California', Great surfing and Art. 2 1/2: hours away from Cabo San Lucas.
