The check-in process was not as convient as it seems. Everything is QR-code-based, so if you don't happen to have good internet connection, don't except to receive the access code on time. Luckily there was someone in the common area that helped us checking in. However, when we finally made it to the room, we found no toiletries availabe. No shampoo, no soap. I had to text the so-called 24/7 service, but got no reply even after we checked out. The room is clean in total, but we saw a small mouse outside another guest room in the morning.. The only good thing is that they offer a small self-service kitchen in the common area, and all the snacks and drinks are free of charge. Apparently it doesn't match the 3-star rating even though the price is high enough.. Will not recomment this place to any one..

We liked that Resthaven was close and very walkable to the village. The room felt cozy and safe after a day of skiing. Upon arrival to our room, we were pleased to find out the fire place was on. Was a great touch after a long drive from Los Angeles. The contactless check in was nice because we got in at 2am and did not need worry about anything. The communal area was an added bonus as well. It was nice to enjoy a cup of coffee and snacks in the morning before going skiing. Would want to visit in the summer to experience the communal outdoor area. We briefly met the property manager (Chris?) and he was extremely welcoming and kind. He made sure to ask if we were having a good time and let us know that if there’s anything we need we can reach out to him.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was real comfortable for the 7 of us (3 adults, 4 teens) during February. The first living room area was a good area for all our snowboarding gear and boots. The kitchen was spacious and I appreciated the complimentary snacks. Only feedback would be to improve the bathroom doors; one was a curtain and other didn't close all the way.
