Centrally located VRBO
Attractive unit in central Las Vegas location which was of strong appeal to our party of 4, two grandparents, one parent and one 16-year old hockey player in town for an invitational tournament. Beds very comfortable. Unit was clean. It needs some attention to basic details, such as enough drinking glasses, a hair dryer and more hooks and towel bars however.

The place was clean and spacious.
I got exactly what I needed out of the spacious property. Clean and close to my daughters cheer comp at UNLV. The only thing I found was the shortage of towels and the pool isn’t really connected to the property. Other then that the property host was awesome and easy to get a hold of. She even let us check in a little early. Thank you for opening up your home to us.

Wasn't as expected
The shower in the master is hard to get into, I had to turn sideways and squeeze in. The shower in the main is open glass so water got everywhere. One of the room had bugs in it. Mattresses were comfortable. Place is a lot smaller than you think. Waited for the entrance code and messaged the owner and it took all day until after 7 pm for them to reply.

My wedding party and I booked this listing as our home base for a bachelor party weekend. It was so close to the strip so we were able to go do everything we want and it was such a nice place to come back to after a night out.

It was super easy to communicate with the house owner. We actually arrived hours before the actual check in time, but they were awesome, and let us in early. The place waa exactly as we expected, and looked exactly like the pictures. It even had a washer/dryer unit I didn't expect at all. It was a little loud (it echoed quite a bit and you could hear everything, no matter if the doors were closed or people were talking quietly. ) We had read the reviews prior to booking, so we did expect the A.C unit to be loud and the shower to be interesting. We figured out how to use the shower anyway without getting water everywhere and the A.C was easy enough to ignore. It appeared as though the previous renters had broken some things, which was unfortunate, but we informed the owner once we found them. The shower head in the master bathroom randomly turned on/started leaking in the middle of the night on day 2 or 3, which was odd, but wasn't a problem. Otherwise, it was awesome. I would definitely stay there again: D

TERRIBLE!
Don't waist your money! Nothing in this rental functions correctly. The AC makes a horrible loud noise in the ceiling of the master all night. Every bar, handle, TP holder is loose and the design of both bathrooms is crazy. In the first bath the shower looks nice but only has a half door so when you use the shower, water runs out all across the bathroom floor which is sloped towards the hallway and then proceeds to form a huge puddle in the hallway. And I took a quick shower. There is a TV in every room but they don't connect to anything not even basic cable. This is a townhouse not a single family and the community pool is less than inviting. I wish I would have read the reviews more carefully. We left 4 days early and went to another rental.
