At check-in I do have to say the staff at the front desk was very friendly and dealing with a lot. When we first arrived, their internet was not working. Something out of their control. The pictures on the internet gave the illusion that this property was nice. No, it wasn't. Parking was a complete joke. If you have a bigger vehicle, you are screwed unless you park in the back and can view your vehicle from your room. The room, the furniture and flooring were redone and really nice, it was a nice touch. The door to the room, had an inch and a half gap under the door, that was definitely not safe considering what I had witnessed outside at check in. We left for dinner but when we came back the light that was coming from under the door was so bright and the smell that was coming from the outside (strong sulfur smell) was coming in from under the gap. We had to put a towel in the gap to keep out the lights and smells. A towel that was covered in someone else's hair that was not mine, nor my husbands or children. And yes, unfortunately I had my children with me, only room we could get that wasn't breaking the bank with all the events going on in town that weekend. I really feel if you are going to charge/hold on the room of $125 plus I think we paid $131 for the room, it could have been in better condition and give them some kind of security not just for the guest but for the employees as well. We definitely did NOT feel safe our one night there.
