El hotel está en malas condiciones de mantenimiento. Primero me dieron una habitación que no funcionaba el Aire Acondicionado y las condiciones en muy mal estado y un olor a humedad muy desagradable. La segunda Habitación estuvo un poco mejor pero con una fuga de agua.

Tiene un personal poco profesional como es posible el personal de servicio dejar la habitación con la ventana abierta esa ventana es la que está al lado de la alberca en el cual hay muchas personas que entran a la albercasi es que dejamos nuestras pertenencias yestuvieron expuestas a un robo estoy hablando de la habitación 122 el día 24 de mayo

El primer día que llegamos al check in nos hicieron esperar más de media hora para entregar la habitación y eso que llegamos a las 4 de la tarde después de eso dejamos nuestras maletas y salimos a comer cuando regresamos las maletas estaban abiertas y faltaban cosas, no dijimos nada porque pensamos que nosotros mismo las dejamos así cuando por obvias razones no fue así, luego las camas son unas piedras de duras y los cuartos están dañados, la televisión estaba quebrada de la pantalla, el clima holia a quemado y toda la noche prende y apaga el ruido es muy molesto ya que no deja descansar, la verdad que no lo recomiendo

Desde que se abrió city express nos llegábamos a hospedar y tenían muy buen servicio y todo estaba bien pero en esta ocasión reservamos tres habitaciones y en las tres nos hicieron falta cosas,reportamos en la recepción y una de las recepcionista que estaba el último día que salimos le dijo a uno de los familiares que ellas no tomaron nada y que nosotros estábamos inventando todo jaja cuando a mís familiares y a más personas les faltaban cosas, tan así que en la recepción nos entregaron una bolsa del mismo hotel con dos pares de zapatos y esos zapatos estaban dentro de la maleta, así que es la última vez que reservaremos en este hotel y no lo vuelvo a recomendar porque roban y aparte los cuartos están en pésimas condiciones los colchones muy duros y las teles ni se ven canales y los cuartos están cuarteados ni una arregladita le dan, la verdad que es pésimo servicio

Spring Break Vacation

Its a good place to stay, just that the rooms need to be upgraded. Room i stayed it had parts taped together.. looks like some of the furniture had water damaged. I have stayed here for the last 3-4 years and everything was fine. This time around i took some personal sheets and the cleaning lady took it by mistake and hotel was not able to find it during my 4 night stay. Wasnt offered any solution by hotel staff, all i got was that they were looking for it. Breakfast is ok, just have to go early during peak season (spring break) Other than that check in was easy, rooms are cleaned each day.
