Built in 2011, the villa is located on top of a very bleak ventilated! It offers a view to 190 ° on the campaign Gosier.
The villa is secured by an electric gate.

The airport is 8 mins by car, and the beaches 2 minutes.
1km, is located from the ring road to visit either or Lower Mainland. Ideal for visiting the island.

The villa is composed as follows:

Red wood kitchen fully equipped open to the living room with flat screen TV Bose speaker.
2 rooms with double bed 140cm
1 bathroom with shower
1 air-conditioned bedroom with double bed 160cm with en-suite bathroom and WC
Laundry room with washing machine and ironing board. 1 Separate toilet.
Mezzanine containing an air-conditioned games: Billiards, table football and sofa bed 2 pers.

40m2 covered terrace with garden table
Deck of 60m2 with integrated swimming pool with alarm.

Possibility to park 2 vehicles.
Villa secured with electric gate remote control.

Très belle vue, maison adaptée à un séjour familial, belle terrasse et piscine , vue sur la nature avoisinante. Tout le nécessaire pour un séjour agréable. Proche de la ville et des plages.

Maison agréable mais avec inconvénients

Un peu déçu en arrivant à cette location car à aucun moment il est spécifié qu’il y a une côte très raide pour accéder au logement. Sans voiture , c’est impossible de monter pour des personnes en difficultés motrices, nous sommes loin de tout , la voiture est indispensable. L’entretien de la piscine laisse à désirer. Cette maison est plutôt conseillée pour 6 personnes

Maison très bien mais beaucoup de choses ne fonctionnent pas

La maison est bien située, bon état et beaucoup d'espace. Toute la literie est fournie ce qui est très pratique. Par contre beaucoup de choses n'ont pas fonctionné pendant notre séjour. Le ventilateur du salon, le lave vaisselle, l'eau chaude dans une des salles de bain, les moustiquaires présentes sur les photos avaient été enlevées,... Hélène répondait assez vite pour régler tout ça mais on sentait que la maison n'avait pas été louée depuis un moment.

Helen was wonderful.

We picked this location for its proximity to the Airport as we were arriving late. Helen met us at the airport which was wonderful and essential as we would never find the house. The driveway was shocking as it was like climbing into the alps so not for someone with little experience with standard cars. After staying at 4 other location during our stay in Guadeloupe I think this place was not a great value. To put it bluntly ... Way over priced! Again the property manager Helen was very helpful and kind. I think the owners need to invest a little TLC . Towels, basic cleaning supplies, mosquitos nets, and a proper turn around spot for the car.

Très bon séjour en décembre 2015-janvier 2016

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa la semaine du nouvel an 2016. La villa est comfortable, pratique, et bien située pour faire des excursions à Haute-Terre comme à Basse-Terre, vu qu'elle se trouve dans les collines à quelques kilomètres à l'est de Pointe-à-Pitre. La personne qui s'occupe de la ville sur place est extrêmement aimable. Merci pour tout.
