I don't know why a cleaning fee is charged because this home had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Dryer did not work and no arrangements were made to fix during our entire stay. Only internet tv and tv in bedroom did not work. Shower door in hall bath very difficult to open. No hair dryers provided, so that should be noted. Porch steps are in need of repair.
