Very beautiful, cosy chalet "Le Tzanton", 2 storeys, surrounded by trees and meadows. 800 m from the skiing area. For shared use: garden lawn. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (10 steps) to the house. Parking, single garage at 10 m. Grocery, restaurant 300 m, bar, bakery, café 200 m, bus stop "Poste" 200 m, thermal baths 900 m. Ski rental 100 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 100 m, cross country ski track 1.4 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region d'Ovronnaz. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
"Le Tzanton", 2-room apartment 40 m2, on the ground floor, south facing position. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV and flat screen. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio), raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Shower/WC. Lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). View of the mountains. Facilities: baby cot for up to 3 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only.

Le logement est très bien situé, commerces à côté, départ des sentiers de randonnées, pas besoin de prendre sa voiture.Logement très complet, très bien équipé avec une belle vue sur un grand jardin.Les amoureux des oiseaux et écureuils seront ravis.
