Beautiful house and location

The house and garden were even better than anticipated. It provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind, but also a great base from which to explore the beautiful country. Pavol and his colleague Jana couldn’t have been more welcoming and were always on hand if we needed anything. It was the perfect holiday. Highly recommended.

Our recent stay with four adults and one child at this charming vacation home in the heart of Bohemian Mittelgebirge was a perfect setting for a serene and memorable vacation. Alles schick soweit

Der Vermieter ist Mega freundlich und handelt sofort wenn was benötigt wird. Es wäre jedoch vom Vorteil, wenn mehr Besteck und Gläser da wären, diese wären sehr knapp bemessen. In den kalten Monaten empfiehlt es sich einen kleinen Heizlüfter hinzustellen, da im Essbereich durch die großen Fenster der Raum sehr kalt sonst ist.

Tolles Haus

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus gehabt. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Viele Grüße an Jana, Jana und Pavol 😊

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir durften 14 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Haus, Garten und Pool waren super. Pavol, der Vermieter, ist sehr freundlich, hat alles gut geklappt. Die Lage ist ruhig, ein wenig abseits, nicht weit vom Berg Sedlo entfernt. Restaurants oder Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind 20 min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Für Ausflüge aber ideal!

Urlaub in Nordböhmen

Wir fanden ein sehr schönes und komfortabel ausgestattetes Ferienhaus vor. Bei Fragen stand uns unser Vermieter Pavol immer zur Verfügung. Prag, Dresden und das Elbsandsteingebirge sind von dort gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.

Wunderschön

Wir (6Personen) hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und einen sehr schönen Empfang. Das Haus war sehr sauber und in allen Bereichen sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Zimmer waren alle sehr gemütlich. Das einzige Manko war der "weite" Weg zum Bad für zwei der Zimmer. Aber für uns dennoch vollkommen ok und meckern auf hohem Niveau. Der große Garten ist super und im Sommer kann er gerade mit dem vorhandenen Pool sicher gut genutzt werden. (Für uns war es leider schon zu kalt.) Insgesamt hat alles einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck auf uns gemacht. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, so dass wir vom nächstgelegenen Bahnhof mit dem Zug nach Prag fahren konnten. Die Landschaft ringsum ist wunderschön. Wir würden definitiv wieder buchen.

Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Wir können dieses Ferienhaus sehr gern weiter empfehlen. Das großzügige Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Spielen und Erholen ein. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Als Willkommensgruß erhielten wir vom Gastgeber Pavol leckeren Wein aus der Region und haben gleich weitere Flaschen für daheim käuflich erworben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren nicht das letzte Mal in dem schönen Haus. Vielen Dank nochmals an Pavol und seine freundliche Kollegin Frau Běhunkova.

Erstklassiges Anwesen in paradiesischer Lage

Wir waren als Gruppe zu 7 Personen da. Die gesamte Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Selbst Holz für den Ofen stand bereit. Ideal ist das Objekt für große Familien oder Ausflüge mit Freunden, es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer. Im Garten steht eine überdachte Grillecke mit Backofen zur Verfügung. Noch schöner ist die ruhige Umgebung mit sanften Weinbergen und dem majestätischen Geltschberg, der zum Wandern einlädt. Vom Gastgeber würden wir persönlich mit einer Flasche Geltschbergwein empfangen, obwohl wir am gleichen Tag durch Staus sehr viel später kommen mussten.

Ein Traum

Diese Unterkunft war wirklich exakt das, was wir als Freundeskreis mit Familienmitgliedern gesucht haben. Großer, sehr gepflegter Gartenbereich zum Spielen für die Kinder und sicher auch für laue Abendstunden im Sommer. Dann die drei voneinander getrennten Schlafzimmer mit hervorragendem Ambiente. Eines hatte Zugang zum Balkon, ein anderes zu einem separatem Badezimmer. Ich bin begeistert! Das Grundstück befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf, durch das man des Abends schlendern kann, wenn einem der Sinn nach einem kleinen Spaziergang steht. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung kann jeder selbst recherchieren. Viel erwähnenswerter finde ich die Gastfreundschaft von Pavol, der zu jeder (christlichen) Zeit erreichbar war und den Check-in reibungslos gestaltet hat. Zu unserer Begrüßung fanden wir einen Wein des lokalen Weingutes vor (sehr lecker!). Die Renovierung der Unterkunft hat offenbar von bestem handwerklicher Praxis profitiert. Alles wirkt sauber verarbeitet und wartet tlw. mit hochwertigen Komponenten auf. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Vielen Dank an Pavol und viele Grüße ( :
