Small resort "Villaggio Alex". 12 houses in the residence. In the district of Lignano-Pineta 600 m from the centre of Lignano-Pineta, 13 km from the centre of Bibione, 95 km from the centre of Trieste, 1 km from the sea. For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and trees. Barbecue, children's playground. In the complex: washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Grocery 600 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 20 km, sandy beach 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 4.6 km. Beach service: During summer season (May - mid September) 1 parasol and 2 deck-chairs per apartment included in the price.
3-room semi-detached house 55 m2, on the upper ground floor. Practical furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed, 1 pull-out bed, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 2 double bedrooms. Kitchenette (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning. No heating option. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car), garage on the property (1 car) at the house, height 180 cm, width 240 cm. Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Private entrance. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included. Sehr heruntergekommen

Das Apartment war bei Anreise bereits sehr schmutzig. Kühlschrank war nicht sauber, Spinnweben in den Ecken und auch die Betten waren sehr ungemütlich. In der Anzeige stand nicht, dass es sich eher um Klappbetten handelt. Die Lage ist gut, jedoch der Garten ebenfalls eine Katastrophe.
