This unique space has a style of its own. Welcome to this cozy open space with air conditioning, fully renovated and equipped, which includes a spacious private terrace. The entry floor consists of an open kitchen, living room with a double sofa bed, wardrobe, and bathroom with a shower. On the mezzanine, there is a double bed and a vintage armchair. This design, with industrial-style lines, resembles a small New York loft.

Many amenities are nearby: pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, transportation, beach 1400m away, among others.

The owner is very nice, the property is small but cozy, and the pharmacy right around the corner makes is very easy to locate. There are several grocery stores and mini-markets all within walking distance, and the buses and taxis have stops just outside. If you ever find yourself in Lisbon and need a lovely and affordable place to stay I highly recommend here!
