"Hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are big for Europe. There's internet and TV in every room. They have a kettle and water too in every room Good breakfast too. Depending on the rate you get it might or might no be included. If you don't get it you can pay there too. Xiomara was very helpful in getting us a driver to get to Fatima. She also helped us to get info to tour the city. They have a pick up service from and to the airport. Things to keep in mind the hotel is in a hill so if you want to walk out you have to go up hill or take a car. But the hotel is very close to the castle of George and restaurants and souvenir shops. There's no parking in the hotel so don't rent a car. You can uber or take regular taxi. "

"Me and my husband made the best decision staying in this hotel. It's close to Metro which makes it very convenient for going to various places around the city. It's super clean and all the staff are friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Carla Pires, the Fado singer, who has an excellent voice. I have goosebumps when I hear her sing during breakfast and most specially during the Fado/dinner we had. Food was always nice. Diego and Duogo, from the front desk were also awesome, excellent customer service. The same goes to our driver, Bruno, when he dropped us off the airport. Unlike other drivers, he helped us carry our stuff up to the check-in counter and while on the way to the airport, he served like a tour guide too coz he told us some history lessons about the statues and structures in the city. They also have a spa which we enjoyed everyday. I would recommend this hotel to anyboby visiting Lisbon. "
