スタッフさんがとても親切でした。 拙い映画でも嫌な顔せず、ゆっくりわかりやすいように言い換えてくださり案内して頂きました。 お部屋も広く古き良きロンドンの建造物、という感じで楽しむことができました。 大荷物で階段で上階に行くのは厳しいな…と思っていたらフロントから1番近い一階のお部屋にしてくださりとても助かりました。 シャワールームもとても綺麗で清掃が行き渡っているなと感じました。 ただ宿泊前に聞いていた通り（メッセージにてお知らせがありました）お湯が出るまで少し時間がかかりますが待てば出るので問題ありませんでした。 音に関してですが…こちらは外の音、他の階の声などが結構聞こえます。笑 近くにバス停（目の前に一つ、徒歩２分くらいの距離にもあります）があるのでどこへ行くにも便はとても良いと感じました。 徒歩３分くらいのところにコインランドリーもあるので長期滞在にも良いと思います。 徒歩５分くらいのところにスーパーマーケット、もっと近くには小さなマーケットもあります。 ホテル横のBARはお花が綺麗に手入れされており通るたび景色が良く癒されます。 トータル評価、値段からしてわたしはお得を感じるホテルでした。 またロンドンを訪れた際はこちらに伺いたいです。

Poor facility, bed and bed frame doesn’t fit, very ugly and oversized bed frame, no air conditioner, noisy door when shut, dirty wash hand basin and wash hand tap, annoying that they couldn’t fix the plumbing system and one has to wait long time before hot water gushes out of the shower, awful smell like some chemical used in cleaning, so much more. However very good location and was easy to access central London, Heathrow Airport and quite close to Westfield shopping center.

Very budget hotel with low responsiveness of Staff. No housekeeping for the 5 days we were here and on the first day our room was entered without our permission about 15 minutes after we left to explore the city. If we didn’t prepay I would have checked out.

It wasnt so much the propery, although the place was dark and dingy, not very welcoming. It was more about the staff at reception. First of all there was a load of toing and froing about ID. That is mainly my fault i hadnt noticed that you are required to provide ID. However the way the staff member handled it was sloppy and unhelpful. Also there is a £20 deposite for the key ( which was returned upon leaving) i didnt have any cash on me so I was forced to walk all the way to Tescos which was the nearest cash point. At one point i just asked for a refund so i could pick another hotel but that was refused. Eventually i got the key and he nonchalantly pointed vaguely in the direction of my room. The room was okayish, certainly didnt look as bright and airy as the photos. It was clean but dark and depressive. There was no hot water for the shower. I didnt want to have to go through it with reception again so i just put up with it. I checked out early. So in a nutshell, service poor, room bog standard with no hot water

Der Teppichboden stank, der Service war nicht gut und die Angestellten, sehr langsam. Immer das gleiche Frühstück und Getränke nicht inklusiv. Die Einrichtung war zusammengewürfelt und der Fön nur eine Attrappe, wenn vorhanden. Duschgel war leer, dafür gab es Kernseife. Es gibt keine Schränke, wo man seine Sachen einräumen könnte. Das Bad war sehr eng, aber auch sauber. Das Wasser aus dem Hahn war lediglich ein Rinnsal. Pfand abgeben für den Schlüssel war mir bis dato auch neu. Positiv zu erwähnen der Pulverkaffee und Tee im Zimmer mit Wasserkocher. Das Bett war bequem.
