Property is in a great location in the city, 5 min walk from Moorgate tube station. Check in nice and quick. Our room was spacious and clean, lovey bathroom and shower with heated floor. Nice touch.

We booked this solely as a place for our kids to unwind and use a pool on our last night in London before we flew back to the states. Upon arriving, we were told it’s 16 yrs of age or older only outside the hours of 9-12am. No exceptions made - complete rubbish service. None of this was made clear at the time of booking. On top of that, the power went out to all the lighting in our room the morning of our departure. Good for adults, not for children - families beware.
