Disliked: Cleanliness
Unpleasant stay.
I usually never bother with reviews.
But our stay here was quite unpleasant. I was not going to bother but this host has a really funny character and maybe impossible to please.
This property is very basic. and not very conducive/ habitable in the summer.
The weather was 38degrees and hot and there were no fans provided, even though the windows to the rooms barely opened. We had to purchase fans.
To top it up, the extractor in both bathrooms don’t work.
Upon checkout, host says we had to checkout at 10am when it clearly states checkout is at 11am.
I pointed this out and she agreed.
9:40am we had people banging on the door asking us to checkout:
Then she sends a very rude message asking why a fridge door wasn’t shutting - All one had to do is think and align the door properly. Ice had gotten in there. We never even used the freezer.
Then she sends another message saying her cleaners said the apartment is very dirty -
That apartment was cleaned and maintained to the best of our ability. We are not expected to make the beds and hoover your living room. As we paid a cleaning fee and left the apartment in great condition!
Host decided to send a rude message without seeing the apartment.
Took the word of people that weren’t able to shut a fridge.
The whole experience was just unpleasant and more so upon checkout.
