Stunning hotel, super clean and beautiful location. Internet connection only disappointment - as soon as you put the phone down, you are disconnected. Much poorer countries provide more consistent connection. London, you can do better than that! Apart from that, I would definitely come back!

Lovely stay but cold room.
Hotel lovely, clean, staff friendly and helpful, didnt use restaurant or bars. Had yo put 50 pounds on credit card in case i used anything in hotel! On top of 30 pounds for 2 days parking i thought this was a bit much! Also the room was cold and getting it warm enough for comfort was a challenge. To be more eco friendly they could ask guests to put towels out for replacement, not just replace them all every day. And please improve coffee facilities in room.

Great location
Arrived at 2:30pm and checked in straight away. Room was compact, but cosy and clean. Took a while to figure out the bathroom dynamics; clever idea but not keen on glass windows/doors. As I was with my husband it wasn't a problem, but I wouldn't want to share with a friend! we had breakfast in our room the next morning which was lovely; coffee and porridge could have been hotter but I was impressed that I had added porridge to the list and it was delivered. £8 room tray charge maybe a little excessive. Would stay again though. Nice location. Close to town and the Green, and across the road, beautiful views of the Thames.
