location was perfect, staff were great, area felt safe and the room was small but warm and comfortable!!! Room was dusty and probably could be cleaned better but tbh its easy to overlook especially considering how convenient the location is and the price. I would definitely stay again !!!

I appreciate this is a low budget hotel. However, I stayed for three days and had no heating in the room for two of those and no hot water at all on the last day. The rooms are tiny, no cleaning service, no spare towels. Just stay somewhere else - this hotel isn’t worth it.

Avoid this hotel at all costs.
The room was up multiple flights of stairs and I would question whether the fire escape was fit for purpose. The fan was too low in the room and wobbled. The TV was attached to the bracket with a screwdriver. Doors to the balcony neither close fully or lock. Doors are single glazed so cold, noisy and full of condensation. Over bed lighting is unsafe and reveals wiring. Bleach left in the bathroom. Kettle too big for room and won't fit under sink. Also, kettle is stored for boiling underneath TV unit. Some stains on bedding. Radiator won't turn off. Beds move. When I complained that there weren't enough towels I was told I was wrong! Before leaving, I told the reception staff that the sink was blocked and leaked. The rest I sent through in an email only to be told that, as I had already checked out, there was nothing they could do and I was refused a refund, I then phoned the hotel and was interrupted and then hung up on. I am still waiting for the management at Hotels.com to contact me regarding compensation beyond a £25 goodwill voucher.

Did not stay.
We could not stay in this hotel. The electrics were faulty and there was a screw hanging out of the light switch, which was in the wardrobe! Everything was dirty and smelly. It was very unnerving as it looked like someone had tried to break into the safe and there wasn't a lock on the window. There also appeared to be a man standing outside of the building in the rain. Our bathroom was a separate to the room down the hallway. We didnt feel safe in this hotel so promptly left and went to a Premier Inn about a mile away.

Needs a lot of attention
The room had 4 beds as required The cleanliness and decoration were not. Black spots of mould in window, wall and ceiling. Broekn plug sockets Ripped wall paper Thick dust on skirting boards all around the room, on the back of the wall kouted tv whixh did not have a remote The phone was on a bedside table but not plugged in. Lock on the inside of the door was missing.

Great location needs updating!
My son and I went to London to celebrate his 21st birthday, see a show do some sight seeing etc so this was just a base really good job, because the beds were like sleeping on rocks the bedside light was hanging off the wall, the tv remote didn't work so my son went to ask at reception he was just told to use the buttons on the side of the tv! We had only just checked in so not a great start. On the plus side it was very clean and warm the duvet and pillows were lovely and it's a great location for the price
