The hotel is very cool and modern, and the rooms are a generous size with a good quality finish.
I’ve stayed there twice now and haven’t had a good nights sleep, hence the average rating.
The building and location are great, unfortunately the restaurant/bar staff seemed overworked and disengaged. Uncleared tables, ages to get served and not a smile to be had. Reported dirty towels on n checkout and it seemed acceptable.
The property was super posh, from the decor to the food and the amenities. I enjoyed our time at the hotel , first time i had ever been to a 5* star hotel so i surely was blown away. Luxurious of the highest level . What was disappointing was cleanliness, to find the room hadnt been cleaned properly, with someone's left overs
In your room, this needs to improve massively. The staff at the reception need to show a little bit of a smile because they are the first people that travellers see so it would be nice to be greeted with a smile.
Really comfortable rooms and well priced for the quality of room.
Staff on reception were disengaged and not welcoming. Extra £50 per room taken a compulsory deposit despite room paid in full. Refunded on check out but funds still not in bank.
