BE AWARE
Having arrived at the apartment at 6.45 we was told we was unable to check in because there was a dispute with the landlord. We have stayed at the property on previous occasions & are still waiting for our deposit back, & our refund for the 4 night stay in which we had booked. Unable to find a property available we then had to drive 250 miles home to be then back in London the next day by 7am. We have emailed them directly on numerous occasions with no response. BE AWARE when booking with Valet Apartments.

The apartment made up for any difficulties i had.
I recieved the confirmation email but it went to my spam. Wish they wouldve warned me to look at spam, as i thought i hadnt recieved the confirmation . However once i got the apartment i was hugely impressed with the cleanliness, the quality of furniture, decor, even had a balcony. I loved it. I would definately book again and make sure i check my spam this time.

Very very bad service
Costumer service was really bad .they don’t know anything about hear .u can daill Uk number but they pick in india really rude .they was asking me need pic where I hold my passport and my bank card in hand .i was driving that time on motorway I said give me 20 min when any service come I will stop my car there and send u pic and the girl was on phone she start saying u can stop on road and send us pic because we r closing soon .really don’t like this .

Very convenient, right opposite DLR and Mainline railway services. Flats are bright, spacious, well equipt and comfortable with individual heating controls for each room. Staff are all excellent and will do whatever they can to help you.
