Wonderful Shipquay

The hotel was wonderful. Is in a great area with historical sites and shopping. The staff was so friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and quite a bit of food. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows I could’ve stayed longer.

Fantastic staff

Week before our stay we received a courtesy call from Brendan regarding parking etc. Thought this was a lovely touch. On arrival at the hotel we were early for check-in and hoped to drop off our luggage. Mairead at reception advised that our room was ready and could check-in. We were delighted. We were then told we got an upgrade and offered a glass of bubbly. Food, cocktails and staff were excellent. Had a fantastic stay and will definitely return and recommend to others.

The hotel was so incredibly charming and wonderful. The parking was tricky but the front staff was helpful in giving directions to the car park which was very safe. I would stay here again with out a doubt!
